Do you believe in movement?

Do you believe in nature?

Do you believe in creativity, intuition, and building space to let your inner voice shine through?

Do you believe in taking time to explore new and soul-centered ways of doing that?

We do.

We believe in the power of taking time away in a magical, restorative space to connect with like-minded people, hike and do nourishing yoga in stunning nature, and explore your inner world.

And we definitely believe that just a few days away from your busy day-to-day on a mindfully crafted retreat experience has the potential to change your life.

We’re Kelly and Catherine, yoga teacher and intuitive coach, and it’s because we believe those things so deeply that we’ve created this mind, body, wellness and spiritual exploration retreat in Sedona, Arizona, March 22-26, 2021.

Through daily yoga, hikes, workshops, guided meditations, and relaxation time, we’ll explore what it means to be a creative, intuitive and curious person in today’s modern world.

Q & A

What is being done for safety amid COVID-19?

We ask that everybody attending the retreat strictly follow social distancing protocols the two weeks before and during travel to the retreat, monitor your health, and not attend if you feel ill or contract COVID-19. We also recommend purchasing travel and trip insurance as we will not be able to issue refunds in the event you become sick and cannot travel or attend. Once we're all in our little Sedona retreat bubble, we will be staying mostly there in order to preserve our space and peace of mind. Two other folks will be coming in; our chef, and our sound bath teacher (this sound bath teacher will also be taking us on our vortex hike outside). We will not be requiring masks or six feet distancing once we are all in the home together, simply because it wouldn't be feasible. We will work to create a clean, safe respectful environment, and we are taking this very seriously. The home will be fully cleaned before we arrive.

Do I need to know yoga?

Absolutely not! All yoga instruction will be personalized and tailored to suit the needs of each individual on the retreat. That said, we will check in on any injuries or conditions so we can make sure that the offerings will best suit everyone, whether it’s your first few classes, or you’re a seasoned practitioner.

Is this for women only?

This retreat is for those who identify as women.

Will there be alcohol?

While we hold no affront against alcohol or those who drink, this retreat will be alcohol-free. We find it helps with clarity, spiritual inquiry, and overall relaxation.

Do I have to participate in the activities and workshops?

The activities are going to be awesome, so we hope you will, but no, nothing is required. Your time on this retreat is your own!

How do I get to Sedona?

Sedona is about a two hour car ride from the Phoenix airport. We recommend renting a car and perhaps coordinating with other attendees to carpool.
